Tiny Modular - D
This tiny house was specifically designed for rural areas in Portugal. It can be moved within the property at any time and does not exceed the permissible total weight of the trailer.
Modular D is designed for small budgets with lots of space. It can be connected on-grid (to an existing utility network) but can also run completely autonomously.
The trick: This house can be used on rustic properties as a caravan when purchased as an off-grid variant.

Anyone who wants to live on 36 square meters with a living room plus open kitchen and also wants the view from the second floor to see the sunrise and sunset from bed is exactly right with this house.
How can we build so efficiently?
The answer is relatively simple. Since the Tiny Living Club with its members is designed to create added value, the goal from the beginning was to find a solution for rustic properties. With this house, you have the free choice of where you live and how you live.

Here, the wastewater tank is attached to the trailer and not in or on the ground. The solids are collected and handed over to a disposal company. The water is filtered and reused for watering flowers and the garden.
But that's not all. The best thing about the house is that it is assembled on-site using the unique Tiny Living Club modular construction method.
This means: It is not laboriously produced in a hall for a long time, but assembled on-site like a building block principle in an environmentally friendly way. The wall elements can be moved, replaced, or exchanged for glass fronts at any time later. The central routing system for lines in the upper edge area makes connecting electricity or water very easy.
The house can be configured and ordered via the internet. You can assemble it yourself on-site or alternatively take any craftsman you know and want. Modular H is developed equally for explorers and family people. The large room (also called living area) comprises over 15 square meters, which is more than generous for a tiny house. The sleeping area comes with another 15 square meters, so you can also work there at a separate desk. Living and sleeping areas are accessible to the bathroom from both sides, so you don't have to leave the room.

Like all houses in the "Modular" construction series, you can freely choose what are glass surfaces and what are wall surfaces - the price is the same.
The weight is distributed over 2 trailers but can also naturally be placed directly on a prepared surface such as a wooden frame, concrete slab, point foundation, or on a steel frame. The manufacturer Flemmix also has removable trailers here, so you can separate the frame with wheels from the actual base frame.

Construction time: Plan 5 days for construction.
